Refund Policy

All of our books and digital products are delivered instantly as downloadable files. Because you receive the full product the moment you purchase, all digital sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a download link has been delivered.

That said, we want you to have what you paid for. If any of the following happen, email us at shop@realrooted.media within 14 days of your purchase and we'll make it right, either with a working copy or a full refund:

• Your download link doesn't arrive or doesn't work
• The file won't open or is damaged
• You were charged more than once for the same order

Please include your order number and the email you used at checkout. We usually respond within 1–2 business days.

Giveaway entries: Purchasing a book that includes a giveaway entry does not change this policy. If an order is refunded, the giveaway entry that came with it is also removed. A free way to enter is always available in our official rules at realrooted.media/rules.
